Social Partnership Agreement Signed by Representatives of a Charity Organization and the Healthcare Department of the KhRSA
The document outlines that the Chairman of the foundation’s Management Board Yevhen Shapoval and the director of the Kharkiv Region State Administration will make all possible efforts to effectively provide the population with primary medical care at the top level.
The agreement stipulates that special volunteer medical teams will be providing consultative medical help to Kharkiv region hospitals and residents during their free time until the end of 2017. In its turn the Healthcare Department will coordinate the cooperation of those teams with different hospitals of Kharkiv region and involve various relevant professionals in it.
Besides, the charity organization also undertakes to ensure at its own expense that region’s residents receive free accessible primary medical help. And that means that along with the KhRSA Healthcare Department it will facilitate the installation of portable photofluorographs and dental equipment (which are at the disposal of different state and communal hospitals); bring in primary care physicians, including such general practitioners as family doctors; promote popularization and dissemination of the outcome of such partnership in mass media; agree with the dedicated department on schedules of consultation teams visits to various settlements in Kharkiv area, and provide the dedicated department and relevant healthcare institutions in Kharkiv region with progress reports.
When doing their activities both sides will adhere to Ukrainian legislation and healthcare standards. The agreement is valid until the end of 2017.
